No contractor can accurately determine what your roof needs without performing a roofing inspection. That's why our team takes the time to pay you a visit and give a thorough examination of what's going on with your roof, inside and out, before telling you what work needs to be done. The more information we get, the more accurate we can be with the estimate we provide you.

Protecting the integrity of your roof means that occasional repairs are needed. We won't come in and recommend replacing the whole roof just to make some extra money. Instead, our inspection will determine if there are only certain areas that need work, and if we can do some roof repair work and make your home 100% dry and secure without a full replacement, we will do it. We will never recommend or perform work that isn't needed.

Of course, some roofs are simply outdated or damaged enough that the only option is roof replacement. When severe weather has been a factor, we'll work with your insurance company to minimize your out-of-pocket costs. About 95% of our projects involve insurance to some degree, so we know how to navigate the process with you.

After the winds and hail have died down, you may have concerns about how your roofing system fared during a storm. We'll gladly perform a free inspection to assess what damage, if any, has taken place, and we'll develop a plan for getting the required work done and dealing with your insurance provider.
